Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy 4 SmartPoints

Serves 6 – 4 SmartPoints

6 Weight Watchers Points Plus (not including potatoes, rice or toast)


6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 packages chicken gravy mix
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) low-fat cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together gravy mix, cream of chicken soup and water until well blended. Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours, until chicken is done.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or toast…ENJOY!
