Mustard Vinaigrette (1 Points+)

Light and lemony, versatile too: Add fresh chopped herbs, garlic, tomatoes or spicy mustard depending on your mood.


 1/4 cup(s) water  
 4 tsp fresh lemon juice  
 2 tsp white wine vinegar  
 2 tsp Dijon mustard, whole-grain preferred  
 1 tsp honey  
 1/2 tsp sea salt  
 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground  
 1/4 cup(s) olive oil  


In a small bowl, combine water, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Slowly pour in oil, whisking the dressing at the same time. Yields about 1 tablespoon per serving.
