weight watchers meals recipes | Stew and Dumplings 5 points

13 oz stewing beef (cut into chunks)
4 cups vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)
1 lb baby potatoes (cut in half)
4 cups water
3 tbsp tomato paste
salt, pepper, parsley

Put all ingredients in pot, simmer and cover for 1 hour

Makes 6 servings, 4 points a serving

2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup 1% milk
(Makes 17 dumplings)

Mix together

Measure dough into 1 Tbsp size balls and drop into stew (after it has cooked for 1 hr) leave uncovered for 10 minutes, and then cover for an additional 10 minutes.

1 Dumpling is 1 point
