4 cups small cauliflower florets
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
3 oz Velveeta 2%, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3/4 cup 2% shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup corn flakes
1/4 cup sliced almonds


1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

2. Microwave cauliflower in 8 to 9 inch square microwaveable ovenproof dish on
HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp tender.

3. Top with remaining ingredients and bake in oven 12 to 14 minutes or until top is golden brown.
