Pound 93% percent fat free ground turkey
1 Cup Salsa
1 red & 1 orange bell peppers chopped
1 can drained diced tomatoes
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Teaspoons Garlic powder
I  cup re-fried Beans
1 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick (Heart Smart)
1/4 cup Water
3/4 Cup of Reduced Fat Cheese (2%) – any kind


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brown ground turkey, add salsa, peppers, tomatoes, garlic powder and taco seasoning and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

In a separate small bowl mix  the Bisquick, the 1/4  cup of water and re-fried beans

Evenly distribute bean mixture into a 3 quart pan (sprayed with Pam)

Throw the Taco Meat Mixture on top of the bean mixture

Lightly sprinkle Cheese on top

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

You can top with anything you like! Tomatoes, lettuce , Fat Free Sour Cream or  Salsa!
