1 large egg
3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped banana
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quick oats
1/3 cup fructose
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Lightly spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Fill muffin tins 2/3 of the way full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
