1 egg
1/2 cup Miracle Whip (brand) salad dressing
1 1/3 cups mashed, ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt


1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

2. Beat together the egg, Miracle Whip salad dressing and bananas in a large bowl with whisk until well blended. Mix remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl and add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened and pour into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

3. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely
before slicing.

Yield: 16 Servings ( 16 equal sized slices, total)
Serving size: 1 slice per serving
